i have been taking this pill for 2 months now.. I was 245lb and now im 205lb.. My goal is 170 lb..im also walking 3 times a week walking my dog, and drinking a lot of water that help a lot.. Im so happy.. Love this pill!!!

I started taking MZT on the recommendation of my son cause was up to 219 and having the usual health problems; high cholestoral, tireness. short of breath, etc. I was amazed that only after 2 days I started to see results. I lost 12 lbs before I had a hernia surgery and at the same time had lipo therefore loosing 10 lbs more. however, I decided since MZT was working sooooo well, I continue to take them and now so far have lost 30 lbs and my goal is to loose 30 lbs more. Before I had gotten pregnant, I had started taking these pills and I actually lost 50 lbs altogether. I literally was losing hope within myself because I just could not shed off extra weight that I had put on within 2 years and I needed a solution. I ended up starting a great workout regimen which included at least an hour of mixed cardio plus weights for about 5 times a week and began cutting out the junk food with an occasional treat here and there and it worked well with coordination with meizitang. I would definitely recommend these to anyone serious on needing a push to get those pounds off because if you don't plan on taking it serious and just expecting to take the pills and eat or do whatever you want then you are just going to gain the weight back and be back in square one. It took me a solid 4 months to gain the shape of the body that I wanted but I immediately lost the weight within the first week, so if you are serious and need the push take them and watch the results as you go. thank you meizitang! =)
